About the role
Reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager, you will coordinate the planning, content, targeting and scheduling of CRM campaigns. This new role will see you ensuring long-term strategic campaign planning, day to day promotional and trigger campaigns, email scheduling and campaign content creation.
What you'll do
Create and schedule standardised campaign programs
Manage the campaign brief workflow process
Use data insights to develop actionable shopper segments
Develop and maintain product information and content libraries
Ensure all campaigns and use of data are delivered within applicable legislative frameworks and best practice guidelines
What you'll bring
Experience in digital or email marketing campaign role/s
Proven ability to deliver return on investment from marketing initiatives
Advanced planning skills
Demonstrated ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
Working knowledge of multi channel campaign management solutions, eg. IBM Campaign
Degree qualifications in Business/Marketing preferred
