About the role

It is an exciting time at ahm as we look for a Digital Performance & Insights Specialist to assist us in using performance insights to drive sales and service performance for the ahm business. You utilise digital insights to influence the marketing and digital team and enable them to build the best customer experience for new and existing members.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Acquisition Marketing, you are happy to roll up your sleeves to:

  • Deliver and manage analytics and insights that support the ahm team and senior leaders to acquire and retain new customers.
  • Design custom analytics requirements to be implemented by technical teams
  • Provide high quality digital reporting to measure and communicate success against key business priorities
  • Be a point of contact for all things digital analytics across the ahm business and with external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the Digital Strategy and prioritise initiatives to meet key business objectives and improve customer experience

Well, firstly, you love to challenge status quo using digital insights. You’ve also got a passion for health and you’re a little bit obsessive about understanding our customers. You have the ability to think clearly and are solution, service and delivery focused. That’s a given. You’re also a can-do type of person with a self-starter approach. And you’ve got the ability to be nimble and innovative. You use data driven decision making and are open to learning new tools and understanding broader systems. That will be key to your success in this role. You’ll also need the following:

  • A real passion for digital analytics and insights
  • Power user of Google Analytics, Google’s Data Studio, BigQuery tools and basic JavaScript
  • Proficient in A/B testing experience and using Tableau reporting and dashboards
  • Experience using Salesforce would be desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing practices including, SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Email marketing and its role within the broader marketing and media strategy
  • Extensive experience performing complex data analysis along with strong reporting skills, advanced excel skills and the development of business intelligence dashboards
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and the ability to influence across senior levels
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your work to ensure what’s important gets done first.
