All our counselling services are delivered according to Best Practice and Evidence-Based standards. The 1800RESPECT First Response line utilises a Trauma Informed Model of Practice. All our services provide high quality counselling for people experiencing emotional distress, general depression and anxiety issues; mental health education; referral to providers; crisis intervention; people who have experienced or at risk of family and domestic violence and sexual assault and counselling for people wishing to quit smoking. You will support every caller to accommodate their vulnerabilities of mental health issues which are affecting them as an individual.

The programs provide a 24 hour service and we work on a fixed fortnightly roster system with options to work either full or part time. We offer work at home roles which allow you to balance work with other commitments and maintain your wellbeing.

We will also support you with training, ongoing education, coaching, and supervision. You will always feel part of the team no matter where you are based.
