Master Barista & Beverage Development Advisor

6 Months Contract | 3 days a week


Work part time managing and conducting barista training for our customers!

You will have direct responsibility in managing barista training on customer's premises (particularly key accounts – Hotels, Cruises, Café’s). As well as leading sensory sessions in new beverage recipes / products launches across our beverage categories.

Your Responsibilities

Responsible for making a difference to both our customers and also internal sales team by educating them about our Beverage Solutions Offering that includes selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks . Master Barista is instrumental in building key customer relationships and fostering a positive and friendly environment with customer's barista crew (Train the trainer). Supports marketing team in machines / products and recipe's optimization that includes commercial activities of new recipe's development, customer's presentations, and consumer taste panelling.

What we are looking for in you?

  • Barista certification from accredited training academy

  • High volume experience with coffee making equipment and working knowledge of all forms of coffee and standard beverage recipes

  • Coffee sensory knowledge and ability to identify coffee tasting cues

  • Ability to provide technical guidance to new team members and creating the training program of coffee products, equipment, sensory

  • Able to read and speak fluently in English and displayed flair in presentations

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers / users - people orientated

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
