Scheduler

This is the role! We are looking for a planned and methodical Scheduler who will challenge the status quo and figure out how to get things done more effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you will oversee scheduling for half of our Ballarat factory, in addition to ordering all packaging for those lines. You will also work with supply planning to meet the needs of the customer, as well as the needs for reliability and engineering access within the factory.

What are we looking for?

  • Manufacturing and/or Scheduling Experience is essential
    Comfort with figures and IT applications
    Practical spirit, responsive, capability to be objective and report facts
    Decision making quality
    Bachelor’s Degree desirable

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Establish weekly production plan by integrating key factors : capacity, availability, shift pattern, minimum runs, resources (number and competencies)
    Manage the request for casual labour and overtime
    Validate availability of packs & raws in collaboration with inbound, prioritize, suggest back up solutions if needed
    Daily tracking of evolution of production targets and readjustment for short term if needed
    Key supply spoke member for any new activities within the Value Stream
  • Other duties as per job description
