Marketing Manager


We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing manager on a fixed term basis until the end of September 2020. Reporting into the National Manager,  Brand & Marketing Communications , you will contribute to both  the Communities and Commercial Property  business successes by developing the digital media strategy to support both campaign and always on baseline activity.

Your main duties will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Lead the creation of successful national digital media campaigns – strategy, implementation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Work closely with the National BU Marketing Managers, BU Regional Marketing Managers and National Campaign Managers to ensure best in class media output.
  • Develop and imbed best practice across all business units, specialising in digital media.
  • Lead a direct report,  growing their expertise, helping them prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Work alongside Data Scientists and Customer Journey Managers to oversee DMP analysis and segmentation and translate findings into clear actions for agency partners
  • Monitor media expenditure and ensure budgets and corresponding delivery is tightly managed.

About you:

  • Direct agency experience or proven experience working with and managing agencies
  • Strong and extensive digital media experience with a focus on lead gen and acquisition.
  • Extensive knowledge of performance media -  display, programmatic and social channels
  • A sound understanding of SEM and SEO channels, their role within the ecosystem and an ability to assess plans and output,
  • An ability to demonstrate the impact of optimisations to results (leads/sales)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholders engagement skills
