Marketing Communications Manager


We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our head office in St Leonards. This role is a flexible part time role that will provide general support to the Sales and Marketing team on a board range of marketing projects.

Axicom is Australia’s leading provider of independently owned wireless infrastructure. We own, operate and manage a portfolio of approximately 2000 towers in Australia, substantially covering the Australian population. Our core business is to provide Australia-wide tower and rooftop sites for wireless communication, supporting your wireless world. We have been in the Australian market for over 15 years. Our size and experience means we can effectively deliver innovative infrastructure solutions for our customers as well as creating an innovative working environment for our employees.


The Role

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibility including:

  • Implementing the elements of the Integrated Marketing Plan
  • Managing the external, digital, content and marketing strategy agencies
  • Defining and implementing the Digital and social marketing strategy
  • Designing and implementing the events strategy, including corporate hospitality
  • Preparing and presenting reports, analyses and documents
  • A Business or Marketing degree coupled with a number of years of Marketing Communications experience or similar
  • Knowledge of marketing practises and theories
  • Digital and Content experience
  • Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management
