Maintenance Crew Team Leader

Currently we have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Crew Team Leader to join our team in our Roads & Transport Infrastructure Division. Based out of Jurian Bay, this role will see you covering multiple projects across the Region in WA, in a business that has a strong pipeline of future work. Your responsibilities will include general, hands-on supervision of a small – medium sized crew. You will be involved in day-to-day scheduling and responsible for basic reporting.

To be successful in this role you will have a management background in the roads maintenance sector, combined ideally with a relevant tertiary qualification. You will be computer literate, and have strong communication skills. As the successful candidate you will:

  • Demonstrate good organisational and people management skills.
  • Hold a current driver’s licence and construction induction card.
  • Have a proven background within the Roads/Transport infrastructure space.
  • Have performed a similar position previously.
  • Demonstrate your knowledge and commitment to Quality, OH&S and the Environment
