Technical Product Owner


A great opportunity for a Product Manager to drive the technical strategic vision and product road map for our .com platform. We are currently moving our content management system to Adobe Experience Manager which is an industry-leading solution. You will be joining the team at a critical time to help shape how the product is integrated to drive maximum value as this is implemented. As part of the technology team, you will work closely with the business to collaborate on providing an exceptional customer experience for the public websites, whilst ensuring the platform is developed in an appropriate way and capabilities are leveraged to enable the business requirements.

Key components of your role will encompass:

  • providing thought leadership and direction on how the tool is used. Focusing on design & architecture, Adobe Experience Manager Web development best practices and automation
  • embedding a strong but flexible approach to governance across a global platform
  • building in data analytics to optimise how the platform is managed and enabling the business to move faster
  • maintaining an enterprise-level content management platform, with privacy, data management and security at the core
  • leading the in-house development team to embed Adobe Experience Manager and uplift how we support our clients.

With previous experience using Adobe Experience Manager, you will be comfortable leading others within our fast paced, matrix managed organisation. You’ll be a visible and highly engaged member of the team, so your ability to make decisions and learn on the fly will be imperative to your success. With an innate ability developing and nurturing relationships and impeccable communication skills, you will have what it takes to influence across teams, geographies and all levels of the organisation.

You will able to demonstrate your natural ability to identify both issues and opportunities, and provide problem solving in an advisory capacity. As a subject matter expert on the product suite, you will operate at both a details and macro view, in order to add value across this transition.
