We have an exciting opportunity for an established recruiter, talent acquisition specialist or researcher to join the Hudson Recruitment RPO, delivering across Macquarie’s various business groups. Reporting to the Global Talent Sourcing Manager, you'll be part of a specialist team focussed on attracting senior candidates for niche roles through strategic sourcing and talent engagement.
This is an exceptional opportunity to build on your recruitment career and utilise the most innovative and current sourcing, branding and research tools to identify and secure the best talent in the market. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide expertise regarding social recruiting strategies, design and implement bespoke recruitment campaigns, build talent pools, engage talent communities and work in partnership with the Employment Branding Team.
Working within a high-calibre team of HR professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic banking environment, this role requires a positive and collaborative mindset. You'll have a keen interest in proactively engaging passive candidates and preferably an understanding of the Technology, Finance or Banking sector. You'll have a natural ability to question and challenge and love innovation and working with new technologies. Experience using PageUp or Workday would be advantageous but not essential.
