Reporting to the Global Talent Lead within the Financial Management Group (FMG), you will play a pivotal role in contributing to and delivering the talent strategy.

In collaboration with business leaders and HR, you will effectively tailor and deliver strategic talent projects and initiatives across the Business, specifically assisting with the implementation and management of talent programs to identify, develop and retain key talent across the Divisions within FMG. You will also be involved in programs to support FMG's Diversity and Inclusion efforts.

We ask that you be tertiary qualified with a background in organisational development, talent and/or leadership development gained within a corporate or consulting environment (with some exposure to financial services). You will also possess solid experience in core talent management activities and be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management skills and experience in the D&I space are a significant advantage.
