A unique opportunity has arisen for a Talent & Capability lead. You’ll take on a key role in our Banking and Financial Services business – comprising our retail personal and digital banking, wealth management, and business banking – to develop innovative learning and talent solutions.
In this role, your primary focus will be developing best in class learning solutions to build manager capability and enable our early career talent to grow and develop in different career pathways. Your ability to create an environment of continuous learning and your experience in facilitation will be crucial for the impact you will have within our business.
You’ll also be tasked with managing talent across a large-scale business and be responsible for leading initiatives such as leadership talent review, our performance, development and advancement cycle, as well as succession and engagement surveys. You will execute these initiatives by managing a small team to drive these across our national businesses. You’ll continuously improve our capability through meaningful insights and analysis that help guide strategy, identify trends and opportunities, and potential initiatives that align to our vision within a high-performance environment, with our clients at the centre of what we do.
Your proactive attitude and ability to adapt quickly within a dynamic environment, and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, will be key to your success in this role. You will have a strategic and inquisitive mind, to understand varying business requirements and develop solutions in partnership with our Human Resources and Learning & Development teams to suit multiple business initiatives and campaigns across the organisation. In addition, you will be adept at interpreting data sets and demonstrating to the business measures of success from associated initiatives, and be able to craft materials suitable for conveying this impact in senior leadership forums.
