Senior Sales Associate – Direct Sales


Join a high performing and collaborative sales team and drive our exceptional client experience. As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for using a variety of channels to build a strong client portfolio.  

In this exciting opportunity, you’ll use your strong sales acumen to deliver results by converting leads and referrals to credit applications.  You’ll take full ownership by managing client opportunities end to end, providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey. Utilising your excellent rapport building skills, problem solving skills and product knowledge, you’ll answer customer queries and maintain and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll advocate for our products and actively seek opportunities for repeat business or referrals.  

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have prior experience in lending to either retail or commercial customers, preferably in a sales based environment. You will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in order to convey complex terms in a clear and concise manner. You will be a motivated and driven individual with a focus on exceeding your personal, as well as the wider teams’ goals. You will have a growth mindset and will thrive in a high volume environment, where you will deliver exceptional service to a pipeline of customers.
