Senior Manager, Strategy and Change Management

Join a collaborative, collegial and supportive team, where your focus will be developing strategy and change management plans for both the Financial Management Group (FMG) and the Risk Management Group (RMG).

In this challenging and varied role, you will have exposure to a number of strategic projects and programs which will require you to work closely with communications, learning and development, HR and talent teams to create coordinated programs of work. Responsibilities include developing and facilitating strategic workshops, driving strategic initiatives, providing advice and developing change management plans, interventions and toolkits.

You will use your strong people skills to proactively engage with senior level stakeholders across the organisation, and help them identify their needs while offering proactive advice and solutions.

In this role, you will need to be curious, always asking “what’s new” and “how can we do this better?” You will also have strong experience in a similar role, ideally in a large and complex organisation with working knowledge of strategy and change management best practices. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a similar field are required.
