  • Participate and advise on projects and initiatives driven from COG in ANZ, considering global implications and provide guidance on likely global implications of the initiative.  Engage as necessary with Compliance colleagues, both within COG Compliance and in other Compliance teams, to deliver a coordinated engagement for COG
  • Review, assess and approve new initiatives and projects and lead the review and risk assessment of outsourcing initiatives impacting the ANZ region
  • Assist with the evaluation of compliance risks facing COG, in coordination with the global COG Compliance team.  Assess controls that manage compliance risks for COG
  • Consider training requirements for COG in ANZ, working closely with the ANZ Training team to deliver training solutions that address identified needs
