Senior Change Manager


Joining our Devices and Desktop Services team, you will work across the breadth of our business to help us deliver a flawless technology experience to all staff cross a number of initiatives.

Your main priorities will be on change planning & delivery including client experience and communications. This role will have a focus on a broad range of technology transformation initiatives including Windows 10, virtual desktop infrastructure, mobility solutions and devices.

You will be responsible for the development of end-to-end change management plans and documentation, including stakeholder analysis, detailed business impact assessments, and high-level change delivery plans. In addition, you will also take part in the delivery of a comprehensive communication plan and drafting of key project communication outputs. This will involve working with business leaders, subject matter experts and technical experts for key messaging cascade and change communication phasing outcomes.  

This role will see you implementing change across the global organisation so ideally you will have experience leading change within a complex and fast-paced work environment. You will also be able to demonstrate a background in managing multiple stakeholders and driving quality outcomes.

Ideally, you will have proven hands-on change delivery experience using best practice change management methodologies and tools (i.e. ADKAR, Prosci) and tertiary qualifications preferably in change management and/or business. With 5+ years’ experience gained in a similar position within the Financial Services industry, you will have strong communication skills and knowledge of transfer planning and delivery.
