Senior Associate - Wealth Marketing


Take your financial services marketing experience to the next level in a creative and innovative environment by joining the team supporting marketing initiatives for our Private Banking business.

You will work closely with colleagues who have standout expertise across their subject matter areas. These include creative design, performance marketing, digital and data analytics. You will be designing and delivering relevant, compelling customer journeys that meet more of our customers’ wealth needs. Your focus will be lead-gen and/or content marketing from a B2C lens to HNW market. Your creativity and innovative approach will be valued as much as your marketing expertise, which will be embraced, encouraged, and stretched.

You have in-depth and insightful knowledge of Salesforce within a financial services business as well as a successful track record in delivering commercial outcomes from customer journeys that strengthens brands and enhances customer experiences. Ultimately - you can balance the demand for deep strategic thinking with excellent analytical and execution skills. Demonstrated capabilities in delivering and applying design thinking methodologies and agile project management will be highly regarded as is the appropriate tertiary qualifications.

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised financial services Marketing Associate who has at least 4 years' experience producing effective, targeted marketing in a similar role. You will have good knowledge of the financial services industry within the wealth management sector, with specific marketing experience to the HNW segment an advantage. You will have great communication skills both verbal and written and not fazed by working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have excellent project management and organisation understanding. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing an advantage.
