Senior Associate, Legal and Governance

Use your commitment to providing strong client service and excellent communication skills to join Macquarie’s Legal & Governance Group. You’ll be part of a team that provides corporate governance advisory services, as well as assisting Macquarie’s Board and Board Committee Secretaries with related reporting. 

We ask that you have strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment. You will also have a Business/Commerce/Corporate Governance or Law degree/qualification with approximately 2 years work experience, and a demonstrated interest in Corporate Governance.

The Board and Governance Advisory Division is part of the Legal & Governance Group, a central Group within Macquarie. The Division works with central teams responsible for providing services to Macquarie’s Board and Board Committees, as well as administering ASX listing rule compliance, employee equity schemes, legal requests for information and group-wide corporate governance matters.
