Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis - Service Area Finance

12 Month Max Term Contract

In this exciting role, you will proactively partner with a wide range of service area stakeholders in this business performance reporting role which supports Macquarie’s Service Areas in the Corporate Operations Group. In this position, you will be providing insights and analysis to help them effectively manage cost base and assist in the delivery of the broader Corporate Operations Group strategy. The role will also involve regular interaction and coordination with other finance teams across the group.

You will use your strong communication skills alongside your excellent analytical skills to review, challenge and report financial results across various divisions of the Corporate Operations Group, providing meaningful insights into the cost base. You will also hold regular meetings with cost base owners’ managers to discuss monthly results and understand the current and future team profile to prepare team level headcount and cost forecasting.

In order to be successful, you will be a fully qualified accountant who can demonstrate a keen interest in business performance reporting and a desire to build a career in financial management. A proactive attitude, inquisitive nature and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts will be key to your success.
