Reward Operations, Senior Manager - Human Resources


Joining our Global Reward team, you will work with internal stakeholders to manage the delivery of Macquarie’s global reward operations.

This will include managing the annual remuneration review project plan, coordinating the specific activities and tasks required in advance of and during annual remuneration review process; identifying, prioritising and overseeing the development activities for Macquarie's remuneration review system and other related reward systems.  You’ll work with key stakeholders on Macquarie employee share plans including external vendors and will be tasked with the management of the Macquarie retention team and ownership of retention plans and systems.

Reporting to the Head of Global Reward, you’ll hold responsibility for managing the Reward reporting team, who help support the annual remuneration process and specific regulatory and reporting requirements. Working closely with key stakeholders including Finance, Technology and Reward Business Partners, you hold a proven capability in influencing and driving creative solutions. You hold a stable and progressive career in Operations or Governance where process, controls, deadline delivery and data integrity are considered paramount.

A strong operational manager with experience of delivering process and system improvements, you hold an interest in remuneration and benefits frameworks and practices.  Strong relationship building and client management skills are required as well as the ability to deliver under pressure.
