Reward Executive / Manager, Human Resources


An exciting opportunity for a Reward Executive or Manager has arisen to join our Australia HR team.

This opportunity will give you the chance to work with the Reward team globally to provide remuneration analysis, guidance and support to the Reward Lead, HR Director, HR Business Partners and senior leaders in the wider business.

You will report to the Reward Lead, to support the annual remuneration review process, assist with the market data cycle including; preparation of submission data, and report preparation. Within your remit will also be to provide advice and guidance through the use of data analysis, modelling and interpretation, as well as contributing to reward related Board Remuneration Committee and Executive Committee papers.

You will be resourceful and pro-active with the ability to work as part of a collaborative global team.  Strong communication skills are crucial, alongside excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with competing deadlines and flexibility to work with diverse global stakeholders.  You will also have strong numeracy skills and a keen interest in working with numerical data, coupled with the ability draw insights and conclusions from large data sets.  You will have demonstrable problem-solving skills, along with a creative and solutions focused approach with the ability to formulate commercial responses, whilst maintaining high standards of client service at all times.
