We have an opportunity for a Resilience Manager to join our dynamic Corporate Operations Group Resilience team in Sydney. You will utilise your resilience background and strong stakeholder engagement expertise to support the Global Resilience Program, ensuring its effective delivery and ensuring viable and compliant resilience plans and strategies are in place from a business and technology perspective. You will report locally in to the Regional Head of Business Resilience ANZ.
You’ll be responsible for managing resilience risks for your businesses and region, ensuring the right level of visibility and action, whilst facilitating and supporting the business and technology resilience strategies. You will need to conduct reviews to drive the resilience capability improvements of the business and technology services whilst delivering education and awareness sessions. As well as this, you will be required to build and maintain strong customer relationships across a number of associated stakeholders ensuring that you respond to business queries and support the preparation of responses to auditors and regulators.
A strong background in business resilience and/or technology, with an analytical mindset and strong drive for continuous improvement and the delivery of quality outcomes. You will need to be self-motivated with the skill to build effective relationships at all levels and display leadership/project management qualities to be able to solve and influence project outcomes. As well as exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to present to and train a number of varied stakeholders.
