Relationship Manager - Property Services, Business Banking

An exciting opportunity currently exists to join Macquarie Business Banking as a Relationship Manager in our Sydney office.

In this position, you will be responsible for an existing portfolio of clients in the SME space. Managing both Property and Cash Flow lending requirements for clients, you will also work with the Business Development Managers to drive new client acquisitions. You will be supported by a team of Credit Risk Analysts to ensure high quality credit proposals are submitted whilst you build stronger relationships with your client base. 

To be successful in this position, you will have a passion for delivering results and thrive on providing exceptional solutions to your client's business needs. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in the Commercial Lending space (preferably in either credit or sales/relationship management) 
  • Understanding of Cash Flow Lending
  • Strong credit skills ideally within a business banking environment
  • A sales driven, motivated and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication skills highlighted by your ability to build long standing relationships with clients
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise these effectively
  • A flexible and hands on approach with a team focus
