Regulatory Compliance Senior Manager - Commodities & Global Markets Business Aligned


Join our Commodities and Global Markets Regulatory Compliance team where you will actively participate in the implementation of a consistent compliance approach and framework providing regulatory change coverage focused on futures, over-the-counter derivatives, and physical commodities, including IBOR transition, global OTC derivative initial margin requirements, among others.

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking new and proposed rules and regulations, assessing their impact in conjunction with stakeholders, and preparing regular management updates, internal communications and training materials to alert stakeholders about regulatory changes, ensuring an understanding of the requirements. 

You will represent Compliance in regulatory project working groups and initiatives, including advising on regulatory requirements, drafting and reviewing compliance policies and procedures, and developing, organising, and prioritising actions through project lifecycle into business-as-usual implementation.  Post implementation, you will continue to provide subject matter expertise on the requirements as needed, including application to new products and businesses, and provide periodic trainings and compliance resources. 

This role will also require participation in industry groups and interaction with regulators to monitor regulatory activity, rule guidance and interpretation, and industry best practices.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and 10 years’ relevant experience is preferred but not required.
