Regional Recruitment Lead, Australia and New Zealand - 12 month contract


Due to internal mobility, we are seeking a Lead to manage a highly engaged recruitment team focusing on the attraction and sourcing of top, diverse talent across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). 

Providing partnership and leadership to our onsite RPO and in-house Graduate Recruitment team, you’ll deliver recruitment solutions to our business within ANZ. 

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will be a passionate ambassador for Macquarie as you lead our recruiters and partner with our stakeholders to further evolve our talent attraction strategies. This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role where you will build on existing (as well as exploring new) relationships with recruitment vendors and sourcing channels. You will be instrumental in our ability to continue to attract the best talent.

  

Partnering with our Global Employment Brand Manager, you’ll drive engagement with new talent pools and collaborate with your counterparts in EMEA, the Americas and Asia to initiate and execute new ideas and insights, ensuring a continuous focus on innovation and process improvement.

Stakeholder management and relationship building are key to this role as you will be liaising with senior stakeholders and recruitment partners on a daily basis. The management of multiple priorities across a largescale recruitment function will require you to have strong organisational and time management skills. Ideally, you’ll also have experience selecting and engaging executive search firms for retained assignments on an adhoc basis.
