Project Manager, Workplace Virtual Services


The workplace virtual services domain is an exciting and critical area with high visibility, large investments to leap from our technology into the future. The platform capability is one that spans across multiple functions, teams, and stakeholders. 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects in line with our various business units and technology partners. Building strong collaborative relationships with infrastructure teams, business management teams and vendors is critical to your success within this fast-paced and agile environment. Customer obsession and human-centred design approaches influence our continually evolving technology landscape requiring skills in communicating with stakeholders of all levels (executives to engineers).

Possessing strong stakeholder and communication skills, commercial and analysis skills, and demonstrating an agile mindset to collaborate, continuously improve, and focus on delivering business value will be your key to success.

We are looking for a strong technology project manager with experience in automating and transforming business processes, specifically physical access management and provisioning. This high-profile project will have you liaising heavily with our Global Security, Building Services, HR/Identity and technology infrastructure teams to define and deliver automation of physical access management. You will maintain high stakeholder confidence and manage expectations appropriately throughout the length of the project. In addition to providing succinct project summaries using both traditional and innovative communication mediums.

Your pro-active approach in identifying and managing risks/issues will ensure milestones and project deliverables are achieved within the highly regulated environment Macquarie operates.
