Project Manager – Regulatory Reporting


Macquarie is currently designing and implementing a framework to strengthen the governance over its Regulatory Reporting obligations and hence is seeking a strong Project Manager to support the implementation and adoption of the framework across the various business areas.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across our Business and Technology teams, you will support the implementation of guidance that covers training, management information reporting, documentation of risks and controls, and ongoing assurance testing.

You will be responsible for liaising and coordinating with staff performing a variety of roles under the framework including Report Owners, Requirements Identifiers, Data Producers, Group Data Officers, Business Operational Risk Managers and Technology, all with the objective of strengthen the governance over Macquarie’s regulatory reporting obligations.

This is a unique role where you will gain exposure to a broad cross section of Business and Support Groups within Macquarie, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and developing your knowledge of regulatory obligations across the enterprise.

To be set up for success in this role you will be able to demonstrate strong project management experience, ideally within Banking or Financial Services industries, where you will have demonstrated previous success in partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders in driving change and delivering enterprise wide projects.
