Project Manager – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

You will join our Identity and Access Management team, which is part of the broader Identity and Cyber Security department within the wider Technology division.  The department is focused on preparing for, protecting against and responding to Cyber Security events.

A major initiative of Identity and Access Management is the internal workforce User Access Management Transformation. This transformation will give staff the access they need to do their job from day one, remove complicated passwords to remember, and leverage advanced biometrics, user behaviour analytics, and machine learning to drive quicker, more informed and risk-aware user access decisions.

Join our Identity and Access Management team during a time of pivotal growth, as the need for strong security controls becomes increasingly important and the level of knowledge/tools required to combat security threats increases. We need your help to deliver sustainable and effective controls across the organisation.

This role is suitable for a Project Manager with experience managing the implementation of IAM requirements across multiple areas of technology and the wider business. As a Project Manager, this role requires a candidate who enjoys a multi-faceted role and being ‘hands on’ in delivering against any requirements and ad-hoc management requests driven by governance and regulatory requirements.

While your day-to-day tasks may vary, they will be based around the principles of project management; budget management, schedule management, communication, delivery and stakeholder engagement. Working with multiple teams, you will have ownership of a key project stream under the IAM Transformation program across all sprints and phrases through to delivery from initial gap analysis, requirements gathering, budget management, delivery and stakeholder engagement.

The program of work is focused around the effective design and operation of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle controls ensuring the effective monitoring and reporting of compliance against IAM Standards and Processes.

Do you possess a strong project delivery background and have experience in delivering complex technology solutions? Do you have experience working on identity governance or access management deployments and integrations? If you do, then we’d love to hear from you.
