Project Manager - 6 month contract


We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Information Management team, supporting our Macquarie Capital group on a 6-month contract basis. You will have the opportunity to work on an end-to-end technology transformation. Working closely with business, technology and vendors, you will assist in delivering a proof of concept for a large unstructured data migration to be scaled globally.

You will be responsible for consistent management of project delivery processes including;

•           Project schedules, budgets and forecasts

•           Project status tracking and reporting

•           Identifying and resolving issues and risks

•           Working alongside change managers to support change management

•           Managing cross-project dependencies

•           Management of project level governance

Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience managing complex and multifaceted projects for total data migration delivery, with a clear understanding of the complexities, associated issues and quality outcomes. You will ideally also have experience working in a dynamic, multi-geographical and regulated environment. You will also have experience with migration across iManage, Sharepoint and/or Office365.

You will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. Strong relationship building, stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills are required as well as the ability to deliver under pressure.
