Our Corporate Operations Group’s purpose is to drive operational excellence through business-aligned services with a focus on quality, cost and risk. This division comprises the following teams: Business Improvement and Strategy, Business Services, Human Resources, Market Operations, and Technology.
In this role you will work as part of the 3rd Party Risk Management Team which will give you the opportunity to work on the 3rd Party Risk program which will evolve our 3rd Party Risk framework and execution across all divisions in the Macquarie Group which is a pivotal initiative within the group.
As the Project Manager you will responsible for the execution, review and implementation of the 3rd Party Risk Framework including communication and training. In addition, you will be required to help drive the implementation of the ESR (Environmental and Social Responsibility) stream of work within the 3rd Party Risk program.
You will bring with you, project management experience gained from within a financial institution with dedicated experience in delivering the successful implementation of a number of key organisational projects. You will also possess strong analytical ability and be able to demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills. Your proven ability to work efficiently in a geographically dispersed team with global stakeholders, and to work with third party vendors and consultants is essential.
You will be a self-motivated individual that actively takes the initiative, with an ability to work autonomously. You will be customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
