This is a unique opportunity to join our multi-disciplinary Brand and Marketing team as the Product Owner for our global corporate website, macquarie.com.
In this role you will drive the vision and strategy for macquarie.com, translating business goals into best-practice, user-focused solutions. Reporting into the Head of Design and Production, you will work closely with marketers, business product owners, designers, developers and other technology specialists to implement innovative solutions to optimise as well as provide insights and key learning to the business and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the site providing functional expertise and best practice guidance. Initiating and managing ongoing research and analysis to improve the website, including usability studies, competitive analysis, and desktop research will also be required.

We’re seeking relevant tertiary qualifications and a stable, yet progressive work history to date in financial services or similar capacity. You’ll possess a pro-active, “can do” work approach, be able to build strong relationships, as well as influence and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes. The ability to understand a strategy and translate this into an executable road-map is also sought.
You’ll need to bring strong data, SEO and performance reporting experience as well as an understanding of UX and customer journey mapping. Previous experience on digital transformation or migration projects is desirable. Importantly, you’ll be results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.
