An opportunity is currently available within the Macquarie Platform Operations Teams team. The team is the first point of contact for all matters relating to the Wrap Platform within Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Service Sales Centre and Operations (SSC&O).
About the role
This role will be responsible for daily administrative tasks related to the Macquarie Wrap Platform. As a member of the Platform Operations teams, you will be required to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and be able to work under pressure and in a changing environment. There is a strong emphasis on quality within the team to assist with enhancing performance and service excellence across SSC&O. It is a requirement of this role that all client requests are actioned each day. Key responsibilities include;
