Organisational DevelopmentĀ Consultant - Flexible working environment

An opportunity has arisen within the Global Talent team for an enthusiastic and motivated Consultant to support the delivery of talent management practices within the Corporate Operations Group. Working closely with the Global Talent Lead, you will play a key role in project managing talent and organisational development initiatives such as the talent review and promotion process, employee surveys and capability development, as well as providing data analysis to help guide strategy and initiatives.

About you

We ask that you demonstrate an understanding of core talent programs and hold relevant tertiary qualifications with strong analytical and written communication skills. With an enthusiastic and professional manner, you will have experience delivering talent management processes as well as a track record of excellent service delivery.

Your core attributes include:

  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to meet project deadlines
  • strong relationship and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • comfort working and delivering in a fast-paced environment
  • advanced PowerPoint, Excel and numerical skills
