O365 Service Owner Product

In this attractive new role, you will be responsible for an ongoing global enterprise transformation.  You will be a Microsoft Office 365 expert with a strong technical mindset and deep operational delivery experience.

As a senior technology candidate, you will explore the day to day operation of the service ensuring that delivery is maintained to the agreed service levels.

We are operating in a highly innovative, fast paced, constantly changing environment where our group is pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.

Your role is to bring new service offerings into our Global Enterprise Transformation, then push those offerings into production in a controlled manner to meet business requirements.

It’s important that you can clearly demonstrate a strong track record of your role in similar successful projects and apply recognised, well respected leadership skills to run a global team.

You will be a highly technical, highly effective, delivery focused manager who will enhance our productivity and collaboration.

The role requires a technical skill set which will include: Office 365 Stack, Exchange Online and Exchange 2016 Hybrid, Mail Flow rules, Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Retention Policies, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business Online, Email Encryption (Automated and Manual).

You will also need to demonstrate the following technical requirements:

  • recognised expertise as an SME in Microsoft Office 365
  • strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architectures
  • proven ability to align new Microsoft product offerings with business requirements
  • deep exposure of working with, and developing relationships with, 3rd party key vendors proven track record delivering large complex workplace technology programs.
