With a strong background in leading technical teams (preferably networks but not essential) you’ll be focused on proactively driving engineering resources to deliver on multiple activities with quality in parallel, improving overall service delivery including both technical and process considerations, and effectively managing the personnel aspects of your function (career development, appraisals, etc.).
As a proactive and highly motivated manager, who can effectively balance both tactical and strategic solution delivery in parallel, the opportunities where you can take this role and function are broad. You will also possess excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and have a can-do attitude accompanied by a strong sense of resilience to overcome obstacles.
