Marketing Manager – Personal Banking, Banking & Financial Services

Be the driver of lead-gen for our highly successful Personal Bank. You are a lead-generation Marketing Specialist with previous people management experience. You are a strong strategic thinker who can also execute with excellence.  

You will work closely with colleagues who have standout expertise across their subject matter areas. These include creative design, performance marketing, digital and data analytics. You’ll be designing and delivering outstanding prospect and customer journeys that meet more of our customers’ needs. Your focus will be lead-gen and/or content marketing from either a B2C or B2B lens. You will also collaborate with performance marketing to optimise in-market activity in real time. You’ll also be expected to lead and develop a small team. You will work cross functionally with various stakeholders from different business units and focus on end-to-end project management from strategy through to execution.  

Your tertiary degree coupled with significant experience in lead-generation marketing within a data-driven environment (i.e. telco’s highly regarded) will be evidenced by your successful track record of delivering commercial outcomes from customer journeys that strengthens the brand and enhances customer experiences. Ultimately - you have the ability to balance the demand for deep strategic thinking with excellent execution and thrive within a creative and innovative working environment. Your previous experience with Salesforce and/or Marketo is highly desirable, although not required.
