Manager - Record and Information Management

A rare opportunity to join our Sydney office within our Records and Information Management team has arisen.

You will provide subject matter expertise to ensure effective operations of the Group’s record keeping framework. This includes overseeing regulatory record keeping requirements, supporting the data protection practices, as well as delivery of global Records and Information Management initiatives as prioritised by the Business. This role will include working with a broad stakeholder network across the business to understand regulatory and business drivers relating to records and information management.

In addition, your role’s focus will be to support and maintain the global solutions employed for record keeping, bench-marking records and information management practices against the industry and contributing to the development of standards and procedures.

You are someone who can demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding in information governance, partnered with your experience working within financial services in a role which assisted with the development of organisational policy and/or standards.

Communication skills are essential within this role, in order to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and it will give you a space to exercise your analytical skills, including understanding how to interpret business needs and requirements and translate these into operational or application requirements.
