Learning Multimedia Designer - 6 month fixed term contract


We are looking for an experienced Multimedia Designer to work in the Data team, part of the Digital Transformation and Data division within Macquarie’s Corporate Operations Group. The Digital Transformation and Data division is responsible for Macquarie’s data and regulatory reporting strategy and delivery of digital transformation and innovation.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing to life our learning and engagement strategy, from providing learning expertise and recommendations regarding the build of learning experiences to implementation via multimedia. This includes comprehensive ideation and execution of video and other multimedia briefs, building learning multimedia material and collaborating with stakeholders / subject matter experts to build holistic and performance-oriented solutions that meet business needs.

You will require experience in different multimedia content styles to be able to make recommendations on what the style that best suits the brief. You’ll also need expertise across the entire Adobe Creative Suite, along with demonstrated experience in Articulate Storyline and Adapt with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint. You will have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. It will be important for you to bring concepts and their application to life in an engaging manner, as well as to interpret complex technical content and turn it into a creative and engaging learning solutions.
