Learning and Development Manager

Support the growth and success of our Commodities and Global Markets Group. Collaboration is key to unlocking the full potential of our diverse businesses, and in this role you will design and deliver a series of programs that help our people embed the knowledge and skills required to identify and sell opportunities across the platform.

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will work with senior stakeholders to understand their business and design impactful knowledge building and skills-based programs that enable colleagues in other teams to identify opportunities relevant to them. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be involved in other ad hoc OD and talent-related initiatives and projects. Examples might include people manager capability, performance management strategy and model, D&I, career development and mobility.

To be successful, you will have experience in delivering cultural change initiatives in a fast paced, complex organisation, and a track record of influencing and managing senior stakeholders. You will have an interest in global markets such as equities, fixed income, foreign exchange and commodities, and enjoy the challenge of balancing best practice learning principles with pragmatic and commercial solutions.
