Learning and Development Consultant - 7 month fixed term contract


Are you looking for a role that will give you the opportunity to join the central Learning and Development team for a 7-month period to broaden your consultation and critical thinking experience?

The Learning and Development team consult with a wide range of stakeholders across Macquarie to advise on the options available for individual and team development. This will involve liaising between business leaders and our external partners to establish coaching and team development engagements. People analytics have the potential to inform the future of learning at Macquarie and strengthen the business case for investing in development. Your role will be to make recommendations on how to measure the effectiveness of the ANZ learning strategy and better understand learner behaviours at Macquarie to inform the implementation of the strategy.

You will have the ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver outcomes. You will have a comfortable consulting style that is both professional and personable, which will enable you to conduct needs analysis discussions with senior stakeholders and develop recommendations based on L&D best practice. You will have prior experience leading strategic projects, with a demonstrated ability to identify learning metrics and investigate the various data sources available at Macquarie.
