HR Business Partner - Macquarie Capital (14 month max term)


Are you a driven and self-motivated HR professional who can demonstrate the ability to multi-task and pro-actively take ownership and management of issues/projects?

In this role you will partner with Macquarie Capital stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand and take accountability for the delivery of HR advice and services. You will work closely with the divisions Global HR Director & Regional Head of HR as well as the regional Co-Heads, COO and business to deliver human resources strategies aligned to the broader business strategy and Macquarie Group’s corporate HR principles and practices.

We would expect you to be pragmatic, with a delivery-focused style and excellent judgement combined with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability, and personal credibility, to influence senior management across the business. Having worked within a global matrix organisation, you will have the desire to act as a business enabler and have a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group. You will also have degree-level education with business or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications and well developed analytical skills and numeracy.
