We are hiring for a Senior Program Director who will be responsible for delivering a large scale system-led transformation replacing our core General Ledger and associated systems. This individual will be ultimately responsible for managing the program to successful delivery of the new platforms and associated transformation in process and operating model. The role will have high visibility throughout the organisation across global support, business and technology teams, will involve management of several external support partners and will require interaction with the highest management levels.
We require a Program Director with experience of driving large scale transformation projects in the financial services environment – preferably with a focus on Finance Transformation and the GL/ERP. (General Ledger/Enterprise Resource planning)
The project is to replace or upgrade our General Ledger and associated platforms (e.g. sub ledgers, reporting datamart) with the latest technologies. The project will start with an evaluation including Scope, Target Operating Model, Platform Recommendation, Business Case and Delivery Roadmap.

FMG (Financial Management Group) and Technology are embarking upon a major program of work to replace the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Management core platforms and leverage these platforms to transform our operating model.
There is an opportunity for an experienced Program Director with a proven ability to span Business and Technology at a global level to drive the Planning and Initiation phase over a period of approximately 6 months.
Future responsibilities post the Planning and Initiation phase will be dictated by the agreed scope of the program and the required roles, responsibilities, and skills.
