Joining our fast-paced Market Operations division, you will work across the breadth of our business to assist in the delivery of change initiatives. Your main focus, will be Change Delivery – focused on transformational change, including program change (system and process) and cultural change.
You will be responsible for the development of end-to-end change management documentation, including executive stakeholder analysis, detailed business impact assessments, and high level change delivery plans. You will plan knowledge transfer requirements to ensure impacted stakeholders are able to adopt core changes from the introduction of the new systems and the change is embedded within BAU processes post-implementation.
You’ll also work across assisting in identification of refinement requirements between the projects and pre-existing work processes and delivery of a comprehensive communication plan, drafting of key project communication outputs – including working with COG leaders, SMEs and technical experts and teams for key messaging cascade, and change communication phasing outcomes.
This role will see you implementing change management execution plans to those impacted by the change, to deliver leader alignment and workplace participation, so ideally you will have experience leading change within a complex and fast-paced work environment. You will also be able to demonstrate a background in managing multiple stakeholders and driving quality outcomes.
Ideally, you will have proven hands-on change delivery experience using best practice change management methodologies and tools (i.e. ADKAR, Prosci) and tertiary qualifications preferably in change management and business. With 5+ years’ experience gained in a similar position within the Financial Services industry, you will have strong communication and knowledge of transfer planning and delivery skills
