Executive Assistant - Macquarie Capital

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Industrials Team within Macquarie Capital’s Australia and New Zealand Division on a 12 month contract.  The role is based in Sydney in Macquarie Group’s Corporate Head Office.

Macquarie Capital is responsible for the Group’s corporate advisory, equity and debt capital markets, and principal investing activities. Industrials is one the six industry groups Macquarie Capital advises in Australia and New Zealand and provides specialised coverage across many sub-sectors including; Aerospace, Defence & Government Services, Agriculture, Building Products and many more.

As an Executive Assistant; you will be primarily supporting an Executive Director, two Associate Directors, and will provide additional support to a wider team of executives.

This role requires a positive, confident and proactive approach as well as exceptional co-ordination and communication skills. Your role will consist of extensive inbox and diary management, expense and invoice processing, as well as travel and event coordination, with additional administrative support to assist the team with providing seamless service to our clients.

You will have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and advanced skills in Outlook to successfully support the broader team and coordinate meetings, document production, etc.
