Event and Sponsorship Assistant - 3 Month Maximum Term Contract


Join a high performing team and experience a variety of event and sponsorship projects including client entertainment, staff conferences, roadshows, sponsorship activations and trade stand execution.

You will use your experience to manage small to medium size events using Cvent - the event management platform. You will be responsible for managing your own projects (proposal pitching, contract negotiation, pre-event planning, management of budget, execution onsite and post event reporting) to ensure our business objectives are achieved. You will also take ownership of some ongoing administrative projects on behalf of the team.  

With your previous experience in a similar event marketing or sponsorship role (minimum 2 years), you appreciate that the role requires the flexibility to work after hours at events and, as a team player, you will also provide support to Managers in the team to deliver large event and sponsorship projects. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will also help you to juggle competing priorities and work to various, tight deadlines. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will allow you to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve commercially focused outcomes. Prior experience using Cvent (or similar) event management platform will be an advantage.
