About the role
We are seeking to employ a junior Employee Relations Adviser who will provide day to day support within the Sydney Employee Relations team. You will be working with the team in providing advice and support to specific business groups with respect to relevant employment legislation, HR practices, project work and delivery of key HR transactions.
Reporting to a Senior Employee Relations Consultant within Employee Relations, ANZ, this role supports senior management and professional employees in ANZ. Key responsibilities include:
You will have previous experience working within an Human Resources function providing support and consultative advice to stakeholders at all levels and a tertiary qualification in either HR/ER/IR or employment law. You will also have;
