Digital Communications Specialist

The Products and Technology division of BFS sees product teams working together to share specialist expertise across all divisions and develop solutions that meet the needs of specific target markets.
The Wealth Division offers a number of financial products and services that are offered through a variety of traditional and digital channels. Together, these products and their distribution are referred to as the Wealth Platform.
Platform Product Management, as part of the Wealth Division of BFS, has an exciting new opportunity to join their Platform Communications Team. The Platform Communications team is a specialised function to support communications as it relates to a number of our Wealth products and services.
Reporting to the Platform Communications Owner, the role will support the activation of new communication channels and technology on the platform, aimed to improve the existing customer experience, as well as supporting with the execution of digital production tasks that are owned by the Platform Communications Team.
You will work closely with the Platform Communications Owner and work on key initiatives and projects to activate new Platform Communications design and technology for the purpose of digitising and streamlining the Platform Communications experience for our advisers and clients. You will also have oversight and involvement in the regular compliance and operational digital production communication tasks and support the team with executing these items.
This will involve working closely with various people and teams, with daily engagement with our Product Managers and Product Development Managers in Wealth, data and analytics, and external agency partners.
You will be responsible for:
To be successful in the role, you will ideally be tertiary qualified in Digital Marketing or Communications and have previous experience (3-5 years) with Digital Communication Platforms and processes, gained in a similar position within the financial services industry.
You will have a strong working knowledge of take to market methodologies and experience with implementing Digital Communication methods.
This role has a key focus on communications technology, data/analytics/reporting and website CSM / Adobe skills. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data analysis, extraction, and system/back-end web developing is important.
