Dealer Support Manager

Dealer Support Manager

This is an office based Relationship Management and Administration role, providing direct support to a designated group of dealers and the Sales Team within a specific Region.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include;

  • daily telephone contact with the dealers to manage the day to day relationship
  • liaison between the business manager and acceptance teams regarding deal information
  • dealer training
  • monthly progress reporting
  • data maintenance and ensuring records are up to date with latest data
  • promoting Brand Programs
  • developing reports and preparing presentations.

You will ideally demonstrate the following attributes:

  • excellent stakeholder management skills
  • proactive and organised approach
  • proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • a background in retail credit assessment is desirable
  • a tertiary qualification in a related field is desirable.
