Cyber Security Standards and Governance Manager


The objectives of the team include:

  • life-cycle management of the existing IT security policy and standards
  • identification of new and emerging risks that can be addressed via the security framework
    standards deviation management
  • analysis of deviations to further enhance the security policy and standards framework
    authorship and development of new standards and guidelines
  • consultation with the business and taking into consideration their strategies with application to the standards framework
  • awareness of current and emerging regulatory requirements in regions where Macquarie operates
  • consultation and arbitration of the cyber security policy, standards and guidelines
  • socialization of changes with key stakeholders including partners external service providers
  • management of the findings generated by the Cyber Assurance team.

Requirements:

  • knowledge of IT security principles
  • experience with maintaining and authoring policy, standards and guidance documentation
  • knowledge of and experience working with Cyber Policy frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, COBIT 5, CCS CSC 1, ISA)
  • at least 4 years’ experience in cyber security, risk, audit
  • prior experience with Information Security Management Systems
  • CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, GIAC certifications highly regarded.
