Customer Service Representative, MotoMe Retail Store (Hornsby)


Opportunity to join MotoMe for a 4 week temporary assignment, on a part-time basis (28 hours per week) with the possibility to extend.

Utilise your experience in customer service and play a significant role in driving the success of MotoMe, a revolutionary platform for buying and financing vehicles backed by Macquarie Group.

Adopting an innovative retail format, MotoMe offers an interactive, immersive experience which provides customers with the information and tools needed to make an informed car buying decision on their own terms. 

Working within a motivated team, your focus will be on engaging and educating customers on the options available to them, acting as the face of the business and welcoming customers entering the store. Utilising your people skills, you will create a positive customer experience, working with a team of vehicle specialists and finance professionals to present customers with tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
